Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy Refurbished and Used Stock

The Low Grade Gamer takes great pride in its customer service and we want our customers to feel that.


All items are tested and refurbished before they are sent out but in the unfortunate circumstance the item becomes faulty within 90 days of you receiving it. We will either swap it for the same item in similar condition or refund the purchase.

All items will need to be shipped back to us so that we can first test and confirm the item is indeed faulty. 

This warranty does not cover items if the purchaser has changed their mind. 

This warranty covers all games, consoles, accessories and repairs at The Low Grade Gamer. 

Any required refunds will be processed promptly and, in the fashion, it was paid. As an example, if you paid with PayPal, we will provide the refund via PayPal. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Processing may take up to 7 days.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Return and Refund Policy has been created with the help of the Return and Refund Policy Generator.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to The Low Grade Gamer, accessible from www.thelowgradegamer.com.au

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

 

All Shipping from The Low Grade Gamer is free of charge! Please note on the rare chance an item cannot be shipped to your location we will work with you to ensure a resolution is found. 

 

International Shipping

At this point in time we DO NOT offer International Shipping

 

How do I check the status of my order?

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@thelowgradegamer.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

 

While we do offer shipping to P.O. Boxes please note this can add 1 Working day to our Handling times.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@thelowgradegamer.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
